Dominic Chiovari, President/CEO  

Dominic is the founder and President/CEO of Advantage Valet Parking, Inc. and a member of the International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security. In his numerous years in the valet parking industry, Dominic has garnered experience implementing valet parking programs at hundreds of locations including restaurants, hospitals, casinos, theatres, and retail and office centers.  Dominic is the pioneer of Advantage Valet’s signature Solutions Parking Program as well as its healthcare services division, HealthPark. Dominic received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University. "I started HealthPark because I believe in the tremendous value that curbside services provide patients at healthcare facilities today.  As President, I plan to continue to develop the HealthPark program of caring and compassion at the curbside and be the parking service leader for Illinois Hospitals.”

 Salvatore Guagliardo, Vice President/COO 

Sal is the Director of Operations for Advantage Valet Parking, Inc as well as HealthPark.  He has extensive experience in customer service, with 10 years of valet parking experience and 6 years of restaurant management experience.  Sal currently has over 20 location site managers reporting directly to him, and oversees the hiring and training of new employees for our HealthPark Division. He also leads our Healthcare Valet Parking Task Force Team, implementing valet programs at new HealthPark locations. Sal oversees operational and safety procedures, and provides constant operational support to our crews on the ground. 

 Stephanie Modica, Director of Administration

Stephanie joined the Advantage Valet and HealthPark team in 2007 as the Director of Administration, bringing with her a valuable background in both office management and customer relations. Her responsibilities at Advantage Valet, Inc. include vendor relations, payroll, special events contracts, human resources management, accounts payable and bookkeeping as well as assisting in the marketing and development of the HealthPark division. She also assists Dominic and Sal in creating training and support documents for the implementation of programs at new facilities.

Sean Jackson, HealthPark Project Manager 

Sean came to Advantage Valet with over 24 years of experience in the parking services industry, including 20 years with Standard Parking. He has also served as the Hospitality Services Manager at Weiss Memorial Hospital, where he honed his incredible customer service skills. Sean has been a Regional Manager with Advantage Valet for the past two years and is now the Project Manager for HealthPark. His responsibilities include customer relations training of team members as well as assisting Sal in the implementation of services at client locations as a key member of HealthPark Task Force Team.

Julio Cardona and Diana Stefanova, HealthPark Regional Managers

 Julio and Diana oversee the daily operations of many of our HealthPark locations and report directly to Sal. They are accountable for maintaining the safety and operational standards put into place at each location, as well as customer relations and team support. They also handle the scheduling and labor reporting for each of their teams and ensure that each and every person using our services is given the HealthPark Helping Hand. They truly set the standard of service for their team members, and are a fantastic asset to the HealthPark family.
