The Story of Advantage Valet and HealthPark. RESPONSIVE, PROACTIVE and focused on PEOPLE From the beginning we have succeeded in the Healthcare industry by providing responsive and people oriented services to our clients. When other parking companies originated in urban areas with parking garages and fee based parking, they seemed to focus on numbers of cars and numbers of locations. As valet parking was a relatively new trend, many parking companies secured business based on who they knew, and not on performance. Many hospitals contracted out with large parking companies with a cold brand of parking garage-style service. For Advantage Valet we secured healthcare business and have grown with our clients, with a responsive brand of people service. We would eventually determine that this responsiveness to our clients was our first core value, and this is what gave us our Advantage. We determined that this "responsiveness" Was, Is, and Will continue to be our "advantage". This is the advantage of Advantage Valet. Over the years our definition of responsive has grown to include, understanding the specific needs of our clients and tailoring our services to address those needs. As we have come to consider responsiveness as our core value today, its definition now includes being proactive in achieving the needs of our clients. It’s all about People, providing your patients and visitors with compassion, caring, and leaving them with a feeling of great service. This is only made possible by our people on the ground that are able to offer caring and compassion at your curbside in so many ways, every day. We understand that we can only be as good as all our people who are in contact with your patients in your lots, and at your front door each day. This is why we hire the most caring, friendly and dependable customer service attendants - another advantage our many satisfied clients will attest to Over the years and through continued success, Advantage Valet would develop a long list of satisfied Healthcare clients including Hospitals, Medical Centers and Assisted Living Facilities. As we would continue to develop our brand of Healthcare Valet Parking, we began other services for our hospital clients such as shuttle, wheelchair, and solutions for lack of parking. Healthcare Valet Parking was very different than restaurant or retail valet parking and our healthcare clients were asking for much more than just valet parking. The hospital parking environment was faced with the challenges of elderly patients, disabled patients, distant parking or lack of parking. Differences in Healthcare Parking from traditional valet parking, challenges in the hospital parking environment, and the need for a company who could provide comprehensive healthcare parking solutions, HealthPark was borne as a Parking and Solutions Company dedicated to the Healthcare Industry.
